The On-Campus Recruiting Program
All students may choose to register for the On-Campus Recruiting Program during their appropriate recruiting season. If you have questions about when the proper time is for you to recruit on-campus, please contact the Career Services Office as soon as possible. The Program includes Corporate Information Sessions, Mock Interviews, Prep Sessions, and On-Campus Interviews. On-Campus Recruiting for full-time positions occurs every fall semester. On-Campus Recruiting for summer internship positions occurs every Spring semester, during January and February. For ethical reasons, only full-time students who are not currently employed full-time are eligible to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program for summer internships. All students are eligible to participate in On-Campus Recruiting for full-time positions during their appropriate season.
Corporate Information Sessions
These sessions give students the chance to meet company recruiters and alumni and learn about career opportunities in their chosen field. Any current student may attend Corporate Information Sessions, even if he/she has chosen not to register for the On-Campus Recruiting Program.
Mock Interviews
Mock Interviews are part of the On-Campus Recruiting Program, but are also offered by appointment to students who wish to improve upon their interviewing skills.
Q: How do I know when it is my proper season to participate in the formal On-Campus Recruiting Program?
A: Whether you are a full-time or part-time student, your proper recruiting season is based on your graduation date. Students who complete their MBA in December 2002, May 2003, or August 2003 participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program during September and October of 2002. The next cycle of students, those who graduate in December 2003, May 2004, or August 2004, will use the program in September and October of 2003. Q: What is the difference between "eRecruit" and "eJobs" on the MBA Career Services website?
A: The "eJobs" site is the online job board. These positions are posted by companies, usually for immediate hires, and any current student is welcome to apply by sending resumes and cover letters directly to the firms that have posted. The "eRecruit" site is where students registered for the On-Campus Recruiting Program view the job descriptions and apply for positions through the MBA Career Services Office.

A: You can find up-to-date placement statistics here. You may view salaries by industry, specifically for part-time students, full-time students, and the combined class. The statistics for this year’s graduating class will be available soon.
